We want you to try out your Tens for 30 days, and if you don’t love them by then, you can send them back to us for a full refund. No questions asked. 

E-Gift Cards are not included. 

Here’s how it works:

• You have 30 days from delivery day to make up your mind.

• They must be fully intact to qualify for a refund. Unfortunately though we cannot process a refund if you send us back an empty box. As long as the full set is there with the packaging then we’re happy.

• Let us know sooner rather than later, we may be able to offer you an alternative style to try out, but it’s ultimately up to you.

• Refunds are processed through PayPal and may take between 5-7 working days to appear back in your account.

• Please note that this can only be used once per annum per billing address supplied.
